Hi! Thanks for visiting. I'm a Social Designer based in Sydney, on Gadigal Country. I work across diverse contexts and draw on diverse practices but generally by Social Design I mean design work that intentionally supports social healing, growth, connection and justice. I trained in woodworking and Industrial Designer and have expanded into spatial, system and experience design. I’m passionate about co-design and see it as a place to build relationships of care, mutual learning and collective action. Over the pas decade I've been developing a practice called ‘Re-authoring Design’ which builds on principle from Narrative Therapy - through this lens Social Design is approached as collective storywork that uses voice, visualisation, making, and performance to reshape the narratives that define people and place.
